In a surprising turn of events, a recent court case surrounding a child’s haircut was struck out due to lack of evidence and prove. The post which read : Shocking: Girl’s Hair Allegedly Cut at Sunshine School, Ibadan 
Turned to be an object of Thanksgiving to the accused after the court struck out the case. The action of the court was due to the absence of the complainant in court to prove that the child’s hair was cut.
Based on the above judgment, it was not proved that the child’s hair was cut in the school.
